I first contacted the company via their web site. Received immediate response to questions, but unsatisfactory response to scheduling a date. I called the office and Ted set me up with an appointment. Very pleased with the entire process and the men who cleaned the rooms and upholstery. Did not take long and the visible results were wonderful. I will use them again and am pleased to refer them to friends and family.
