Everyone there is very customer-oriented. Great service and they really care about your rugs and carpet. Have had both in-home cleaning of wall-to-wall as well as multiple orientals cleaned in their wonderful facility. Recently bought a 9x12 oriental from Scott, and he really took care of us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARSLANIAN!
