Very disappointed in the cleaning. Did not remove spots.

I had a puppy urine stain which I had tried to remove. There were other ground in stains in the bedroom and hallway. I was told that nothing could be done. Since the puppy stain was right in the middle of my living room I contacted another carpet cleaning company. They were able to successfully remove the puppy stain and the other stains. They were also less expensive. So happy to have found a company that can remove these difficult stains.
