Twice within a month we had apponitments. Each time we waited from 7 to 11 for service only to call and find out the notes say one day but it was put on the wrong day. Mistakes happen but TWICE in a row ! So much for thier advertising " IF THERES A DELAY, ITS YOU WE PAY". We called and asked for a manager to speak with and all they offered us was to reshedule a 3rd time. I'm not wasting a 3rd day sitting home hoping they will show!
