Tony came in Jan. to repair our toilet.
Said "The pipe is probably frozen" strange because there where other water pipes close that worked great.
I told him the parts in the tank are older & probably need to be replaced.
At which time he went in the bathroom to have a look. Called us in & said there's no water flowing at all through the toilet.
Long story short, he had turned off the water at the wall.
Said it'd take over $300.00 to fix the problem.
I was put on stand-by to get this appointment & was charged $89.00 for a service call when no service was rendered.
After looking at the receipt, I was also overcharged for a "Service Call" The receipt stated a different price for Stand by.

All in all this was a total waste of money & time
