My first experience with a plumber was not great. We had a leaky sink, so they came and replaced all of the old piping. Not too long afterwards it was already leaking again, so we called the plumber back but never heard from them again.

Given that Benjamin Franklin is a well known company, my expectations were a bit higher. They came out, "fixed" our leaky kitchen sink again, but in the process left a new leak. So, I called the plumber's cell phone, but again no answer and no returned phone call. Then I called the company itself and explained the situation. They scheduled a plumber to come out again a week after they originally came, but nobody showed up. I'm still waiting for one of their plumbers to fix our sink.

Also, it cost $291 to "fix" our sink... Go somewhere else.
