I called 3 times and emailed once. My dog was sick and had laid down and wouldnt get up and when we tried to move her she would bite us. So I called to see if they would give her something for pain and when it got in her system i would bring her in. They said no, they said they had to do blood work and x rays and just bring her in when I could. 2nd time they said the same thing. 3rd time I ask if the dr. would come to my house which he had done some years back when my cat was sick, they called right back and said he never does that. I begged them to please help her. I felt like they just wanted the money. I even offered to pay up front ( I would have paid any amount of money) but still they have to see her. I even emailed and was told that I had already to talked to someone on the phone and they would see me when I could get her in. I don't think the dr. knew the situation, I think this was all the staff. My dog died later that evening. So I took her to be cremated and I had to go and pick her up at Colony
Animal Hospital, I told them why I was there and she handed me a bag and walked off, never said she was sorry or anything. I think if people work at a vet they need to have compassion. Soooo please don't take your fur babies there.
