My son was going to sparkles for a year. Eventhough he was not very happy, we kept sending him there full time (preschool) because of convenience and cost. After my son started school, we was enrolled for after school program. Things got worse from there. When he come back from school, the center is full of aftercare students with one or two teachers. The room was crowded and he didnt get much attention. He started complaining and refused to go there. He would not get into Sparkles bus from school. One Winter day in February when the bus got to Sparkles, he didn't get down from bus. The driver didn't look inside the bus and sparkles didn't check in for incoming students. When my wife went to pick our son, he was not found in Sparkles. The driver rushed to the bus and my son was found inside the bus sitting in cold. Luckily that day she went early to pick him up, so he only ended up sitting in the bus for 45 minutes. Otherwise we don't know what would have happened. We thank God everyday for his blessings. If it was summer day, 45 minutes was good enough for some thing worse to happen.
