Our first call to Signature was with an AC issue that Steve solved over the phone for free. We were very impressed that a service company would do that! So, when our AC stopped working completely, these were the only people we wanted to work with.

Eric came out and made 2 special trips back to his office for parts without additional cost to us, was VERY professional and helpful. He fixed both our AC and furnace for minimum charge when another company told us a few months ago that our furnace was about to die and we need to spend $4500 on a new one!

We were very lucky to have found such reputable people, and will recommend them to everyone!!!!
