I was referred to Gerry at Alberta Mortgages from a friend of mine. I called him to search for a mortgage for me, I had shopped around for rates on my own and wanted to see if I could get something better. The process didn't take long, maybe a couple of weeks. He went and talked to a bunch of different lenders and negotiated with them, and we settled on the best rate. Gerry and I talked almost every day throughout the process, and honestly I couldn't find a better rate on my own, so he definitely got the best thing that was out there.
