horrible from start to finish

My experience with Alberta Mortgages was horrible from the start to the finish. I would absolutely not recommend Alberta Mortgages. The fees are astronomical. The broker, Jerry, is horrible. He basically bait and switched me. The mortgage itself should only have taken a week or two, but in the end it took 6 months AND I almost didn't get the mortgage. I've probably had 8-10 mortgages over past 15-20 years. I've done lots of refinance and used many brokers so I have a lot of experience to draw on. They are hands down the worst I have encountered.

Alberta Mortgages regrets it was unable to meet this client's expectations, however it should be noted that we were eventually able to find a solution to the client's mortgage problem, even though it was not the ideal solution that the client had hoped for. This is a good example of how difficult it has become for some of our client's (particularly our self-employed clients) to find a mortgage or financing solution to meet their needs in this environment of changing government regulations and deteriorating market conditions in some of the real estate markets we service. Alberta Mortgages always strives to exceed our client's expectations with our service and mortgage solutions, obviously and regrettably we were unable to do this in this situation.
