The service from Alberta Mortgages was good, they are a pretty good group of people. I liked that they were pretty straight forward and that they take care of all the paperwork so that you don't have to.

I did everything online actually, that's one of the first things that I would mention and that I considered because I was in bush camp and I couldn't meet with the bank. Alberta Mortgages was available to do everything online with e-mail and fax and you know, so it was very convenient for me, specially at that point. Very good service.
