DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are the exact opposite of all the reviews I ve read. If you live in an apartment this carpet cleaner is not the one to hire. They don't bring enough hose. They don't move furniture. They watched me get bruised from head to toe moving furniture. The owner does not communicate with his employees nor does he answer his voicemails or even know how to operate his online appointment system.
They 1st time they showed up 2 1/2 hours late and they could not clean the carpet cause he did not have enough hose line to reach my 3rd floor apartment. The owner who took the appointment lithe week before knew that I was on the third floor. When I finally got the carpet cleaning done the owner showed up and started telling us how he does not move furniture and basically discouraged us from getting the carpets cleaned. My 51 year old mother moved the furniture by herself. The results were terrible.
They were not able to get any stain out or provide any feedback for why or what to do.
They were unprofessional and unorganized.
