Jerry , was pleasant , quick , very friendly, & went over all my options & made sure I was happy w/ his work before he left.
My husband & I had never had our carpets cleaned before. I checked many other carpet business & none of them had such a high rating as Genesis Carpet cleaning.... Jerry came out & did a wonderful Job! My carpets look & smell great! The one thing the was so surpring that there was " No Hiden Fees"... Jerry was very clear @ explaining .
