I was running late by 5 minutes to get to my place do to traffic and he was kind and waited for me to show up. Greeted me with a smile and was eager to evaluate what he could clean off. My couch is 15 years old and looked really bad lots of body oils since its a microfiber material. He really took his time to do a good throe job. he went over everything more then once and honestly i was surprised to see how well it turned out. I was not sure how much would come off. The only stain left was a small permanent pin mark which was in a not too noticeable area. i wish i had taken pictures of before and after. my couch looks new . i would recommend him to anyone.
