I'm in Gig Harbor and have two very large, very messy dogs that make keeping a very light color carpet almost impossible. If it weren't for Jeff and Jerry I'd cry every time it rained. They have removed stains I thought were hopeless and have kept my carpet looking great. Other companies have tried but Genesis has come through every time.
