This was my first time using them. I didn't quite understand that it was a dry-type process, but overall the carpet looked good. I did not have a lot of time, and they really worked with me, coming out on a Sunday! The quality of work was good, and he really looked out for me to be able to get this done, which I appreciate. They came out on a Saturday, but I also had a painter doing work, so he did the basement that day and then came back Sunday to do the rest. So he adapted to my circumstance and situation and for that, I tip my hat - it was great!
Some stains stood out a little bit that I feel like could have been cleaned with a different process.
