My experience with Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning was fine. They cleaned the carpets well. I do not know if it is expensive for the service. When I booked it, I did not know that they did not move the furniture. I do not mind that they did not move the bedroom furniture, but I wish they would have moved the rest of the furniture. They do not do a deep cleaning if you purchase a Groupon. You have to pay an additional cost for that. I have an older carpet, and it does look better than it did before.
