Carlos from Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning was great. He was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was a super nice guy. Also, the guy he brought with him was fantastic. We plan to have them come back out and do a few more things like wood floors and area rugs and tile, which we didn't know they did. They were just really fantastic. I was impressed by how really smart Carlos was. We had a pet urine problem and had used our own carpet cleaner first. Carlos brought in the black lights to show us the problem areas. He taught us the proper way to clean the carpet and then proceeded to do a great job.
