Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning came out and picked up my rug. This was a small rug, maybe 3×5. When I got the rug back, it smelled horrible! It smelled like they just left it in their truck with the sun beating down on it the whole time they had it. I had a larger rug that they cleaned, and I had to clean it myself. When I cleaned it the residue from the rug was black which tells me they didn't clean it either. This was my first experience using this company and although everyone was nice, I don't believe they cleaned my rugs at all. I would not use them again nor recommend them to anyone.
