Very good man! Very friendly and knowledgeable! He educated me as far as the pad that has to be under the rug! Very nice man!
I was impressed with the man from Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning. He was doing multitasking with different products on different items. While he was cleaning the carpet, he also cleaned multiple rugs with different products. He also cleaned the sofa with different products. I was impressed.
