The guys from Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning were polite, and very everything. Basically what you would want in your own house. They were very good, as good as we had been getting before. Carpet cleaning is difficult to grade, but we were happy with the job. The carpet is clean, and that's a good thing. We'll have them back if they stay in business. We were very satisfied. If we have a bad experience with a company, we wouldn't call them back. If there were any glitches in it at all, they wouldn't be back. These guys were nice, polite, and concerned about things we had in the house. They were very careful not to knock anything over or break anything, unlike some of the household cleaners we've had in the past.
