This was the first time I had ever had my wall to wall carpet professionally cleaned. My neighbor recommended them. I reviewed their website and felt it was better than steam cleaning. They arrived on time and were very courteous and responsive in explaing their procedures.
My carpeting looks great and I did have the protection appiled, so that it would not attract dirt for quite awhile.
