This was my first experience with Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning. I asked them to clean my carpets for me and I found them to be very informative people. They fully explained what they were going to do, and they explained the process that they use to clean the carpets. I appreciated that information. They were polite people, and very intent on doing a good job for me. I really like the way the carpets came out and I would highly recommend them to everyone!
