Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning was very accommodating, with good attention to detail, and they were not satisfied until everything was good. They adjusted to my schedule and needs of the carpet, which included all of the carpets in my house. They were very hardworking, conscientious, and very dedicated to ensuring my carpets were thoroughly cleaned. They went straight to work once they arrived and I never had any problems with them. This was my first experience with Steven's Chem-Dry after finding them through a web search and I enjoyed them.
