We used Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning after locating them through an online website for local merchants. They cleaned all of the carpeting in our home, along with some of the scatter rugs we have. The guy was nice, very professional, and he did a fine job. All of the carpet and rugs looked really nice once he finished, and he made suggestions on upkeeping the carpet, which we took. We also agreed to a service where he put something else down on the carpet to help towards preventing future stains. This was our first time using Steven's, and I would use them again.
