It was very obvious after they were complete that no work was done. There were not even lines on the carpet showing a cleaner went over it. They were unable to remove a stain that I was later able to get out with a store bought cleaner. The owner refused to come out and look or send someone to. Also lied on Yelp and said he offered to fix and we refused. He only refunded half tho no work was done. He called my fiancée a liar on the phone and said she was just looking for free service. This actually cost us on our deposit so we were out deposit money and half the cleaning. It was so bad the owner did not believe we actually had the carpets cleaned.
