We had Steven's Chem Dry out to clean two large wool area rugs. We had used them before to clean our basement carpet and stairs and were very happy with the results. One of the rugs had some pet stains on and the other was from a high traffic area in our house. It was decided to take the rugs back to their facility to clean them, this would give them the time to spend time on the pet stains. We were so happy with the results of both rugs, we had them supply us with a new under-pad and we had them take another area rug from a different part of our house. I would highly recommend them not only for the results of the cleaning but also their professionalism.
