I scheduled an appointment with Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning to come out and clean my couch. The scheduling was easy and the receptionist was very accommodating. The carpet technician arrived on time and was pleasant and friendly. While cleaning my couch he took great care of the other parts of my home. The couch itself had very bad stains and honestly, I thought it would never be able to get cleaned. This carpet technician got the stains out and the couch looks wonderful! This was a great experience and I will use them again.
