I have used Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning for over 10 years! They simply do the job! My carpets get really clean and they do a great job in every way.
When they cleaned the carpets this time they have to come back out because one room had spots that came back. This rarely happens, if ever, and they were really good about scheduling a return visit to take care of those spots. They do not charge for the return visit it is automatically in the 30 day warranty. Honestly, how great is that?
The carpets in the other rooms of the house turned out fantastic! They dry really quickly and I am very pleased with the way they came out.
