I hired Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning to do the carpets and to clean some upholstery. They couldn't get the stains out of the upholstery, so I've taken those pieces to a dry cleaner. If she can't get them out, no one can. The carpet was very nice. The people with Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning were very nice to work with. I can't complain about anything. The technician from Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning told me before he cleaned everything that he might not be able to get the stains out of the upholstery, so I don't hold them to account for it.
