Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning has terrific customer service. I had used one of their outlying carpet cleaning companies in the past and decided to give this one in my new location a try. I hired them to clean my carpet and sanitize it as well as put down a stain protectant. They showed up on time, I did not have to wait for them to arrive, and I really like that! The carpets turned out good and I am very satisfied. I would use them again and for sure refer them to anyone seeking this service!
