Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning did a pretty good job! This was our first time using them. We found them on the internet. We read reviews on Google and Yelp then got them to clean stairs and the master bedroom carpeting. The worker Marco was great. He was professional, courteous and let me know what he was doing. My only complaint was that he was two hours late. I would have appreciated them to call at the start of the time frame and say they are running two hours late, is that okay? That way I could have run to do some other errands. Other than that their pricing was fair and he was respectful in my home. I want to let people know when you are ready to hire them just make sure to nail down the appointment time so that you aren't waiting for Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning.
