We recently asked Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning to come out to our home and clean the carpets and a couch. The gentleman showed up on time, and he was a very nice person. He performed the cleaning, and I think he did a really good job. I did notice that my carpets dried a lot faster than they did compared with previous carpet cleaners. The fabric on the couch felt a little different after the cleaning. Probably the best thing about my experience with Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning was the man who did the cleaning. He was just really super nice, very polite, and considerate.
