I recently tried Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning for the first time. The technician who came out to do the work at my home was very nice. He cleaned a couple of chairs for me. The results were that the chairs were indeed cleaner. However, apparently the Scotchguard he put on the material did not hold up very well. We already have to have the chairs cleaned again. Even still, I will use Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning again and will recommend them to others.
