Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning has been a great company to work with. We just tried them for the first time. They came out to my residence and cleaned two rooms of carpeting and the staircases. Everything turned out fine. The technician was very respectful of our home and our furnishings. The work was done so well that we have considered to use them at a different property we own. We have been trying to use the coupons available online, but have yet to be able to apply the code. I know my wife gave them a call directly to try and arrange the next cleaning. I highly recommend using them.
