I had 2 sofas cleaned. One is fine but the other (the better, solid-colored sofa) was left with vertical striping that the technician (on a return visit) explained is the result of the up and down motion used in the cleaning process. He offered a re-do, with cleaning motion in just one direction (at no cost). I declined, as he seemed unsure this would fix the issue, which is apparently something most furniture owners do not mind. The real problem is that 10 days after the work, the chemical odor in the furniture remains evident to those sitting on the sofa. I am hopeful that it will eventually disappear.
