This was my first time using Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning. I have an older dog who decided to pee in my basement - several times. So, there were multiple spots to treat. It all turned out really good, and I haven't smelled anything since. The tech was very, very nice, and he suggested that I leave the treatment on for a couple of days because it works better to penetrate. I agreed, and he came back a few days later and finished. I would definitely hire them again.
