We worked with Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning for the first time recently to get one of our couches cleaned in our living room. It was a pretty smooth process, we gave them a call and were able to set up a time for them to come by the next day. They arrived a little early and got right to work. It really didn't take much time at all and our couch looks significantly better now. I would definitely use them again.
