Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning did carpet cleaning at my residence and they did a good job. There were no issues. They weren't necessarily above and beyond, however, overall it was satisfactory and I'm happy with how it turned out. Their pricing was average to above average. Their technicians were professional and efficient. Their customer service was responsive; scheduling with them was easy and fast.
