I contacted Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning for a deep-cleaning of the whole house. They did a good job with the cleaning; you can tell they did a good job, but they did not provide the deep cleaning like I asked. They said it would cost extra. I also felt uncomfortable when the guy came to the house because he didn't have a credit card machine, so I had to write down my name and cardholder information for them to charge me later. I did not like that. But, if not for that credit card issue, I would use them again.
