I have been using Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning for a long time. I use them annually to come out and clean the carpets throughout the entire house and some area rugs. I am always happy to see them since by the time they come out my carpets are filthy. The cleaners themselves have great communication with the customer. They are also pleasant and polite. I can't recommend them enough, they always do a great job.
