Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning is more thorough than other cleaners. When they are done the carpets look really good and compared to other companies I've had to come in, the cleaning lasts longest before I need to call them again. I've used their service 2-3 times now and intend to keep using it in the future. Personally, I think all carpet cleaner prices are a little expensive, but that's just me. Steven's does cost a bit more than the other places, but since it looks better and lasts longer I just pay the price. They've very helpful with the little things like moving some furniture, for example. They're timely as well, which helps for planning your day. They always give you a window when they will arrive and in my experience, they always come on time.
