Steven's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning is always willing to work to meet the needs you have at home, whatever the job is. Sometimes it can be hard to explain exactly what areas need to be cleaned over the phone and when they actually get here it often turns out there's an extra room or whatever, but they're always pretty accommodating about that sort of thing. They work with you and as the same technicians keep coming out, they get to know you. When they come back they just know what to do because they know the house, so it's nice not to have to go through that every time you call them. Last time they were here was about two weeks ago. They're all very nice. They know me and I know them, which is nice. They're hardworking people and their prices are fair.
