Good cleaning but more expensive than expected.
The carpet was cleaned well and I was satisfied with the work of the service representative. However, I was disappointed that he told me shortly after he arrived that the service I agreed to was a standard, but not thorough cleaning. To get the thorough cleaning, I needed to pay about $150 more. I know your company wants to offer low prices but I thought the $360 or so I agreed to was for a thorough cleaning. I agreed to the higher price since I wanted my carpets thoroughly cleaned but I will not be contacting your firm again.
