Charis Home Improvement was doing work for one of my neighbors, which is how I first became aware of them. I was curious and intrigued because I saw that a woman was managing the team of workers. Then, I had a few different conversations with Dave and things went well. He was very in tune with what I wanted to have done and he was accommodating in working with me on the time frame.

Initially, they did an assessment of and some minor repairs to parts of my roof. Then, this past Spring, I had them replace the entire main roof, and they did an excellent, timely job. This project included several assessments that involved going up to the attic to hunt down a variety of issues I was having with the roof. I have not had any problems with the roof that they replaced.

Charis Home Improvement is a very reliable, dependable company to work with. They are very responsive and return calls right away. They also are true to whatever your contractual arrangement with them is, and they even go beyond in terms of service. For example, there were things that they found as they worked on my roof that they told me they would handle a certain way to cut costs. They really helped hold down the costs of any problems they uncovered.

I am planning to use Charis Home Improvement again for some additional work that I need to have done that is separate from what they already did. I am also referring them to my sister and father for work on their roofs.
