I used Carpet Repair once to fix some damage my dog had done to the carpet in the walk-in closet of my house (pulled a bunch of the fiber out). I scheduled for an appointment through their online service and I got a call within 5 minutes of sending in the form. They gave me a verbal range for the price over the phone, and when the repair guy came later to do the job he took a look at the damage and gave me a set quote, which he stuck by. The job itself took about an hour and a half; he managed to take a piece of carpet that came with the house and patch it for me, so it looks brand new. The price for the work was reasonable and I'm very happy with how it turned out. They did great work and I would recommend them to anybody!
