I called to have two areas of carpet repaired in two separate rooms. I thought I had extra carpet on hand to patch these areas. Reyna quoted me over the phone based on this. When Jose and Frank showed up, we realized that it was not the same carpet and would not match. Jose worked with me to come up with a creative solution that fit in my budget (keeping the same original quote amount!). Jose and Frank were so nice, professional, and explained everything fully, AND they did an outstanding job! Reyna was awesome over the phone and called me to confirm everything, and even got them there early! I cannot express enough how pleased I was with this service from beginning to end. Fantastic work!
