This had been my first time using the services from Carpet Cleaners Houston and they did a fantastic job. I had a rental and the last tenant had 2 large dogs that completely saturated an area of the carpet with urine, I had shampooed it 4 times with no noticeable effect. When they arrived they removed the padding of the carpet, and treated the subflooring beneath it two times with an antibacterial liquid. After a few days of moist weather I went to check the area they had worked on and found no stains and zero odor coming out of the area they had worked on, which I didn't think was possible with how the carpet had been. The workers were very neat and clean, they were professionally dressed for the job and wore foot coverings while they worked. They were also extremely conscientious of the house and had guards for the steam cleaning hoses so they would not damage any areas or scrape paint off when they were bringing them into the house. The price for the work done was fantastic. Overall I have had an amazing first experience with Carpet Repair Houston and would definitely use their services again for any of the homes I rent out, I also collected many of their business cards and have handed them out to other landlords in the area so they could have access to these amazing services.
