I have used them before, but the last time I used Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning, they came to fix my unit. A few days after they left, it stopped working. I told the person I spoke with about my issue, and he said he would call, or come by my home, after I returned from my vacation. He never did. I ended up having to use another company to come fix my unit. I saved the part that Patterson installed, and it has some burnt wires. I would not recommend.
